BI OP301 is a water-based styrene/acrylic emulsion to impart a milky and lotion appearance to liquid products, such as such as laundry liquid, shampoo, bath and shower lotion and liquid hand soaps. It improves the brightness and whiteness of the products, providing good visual effect.

How to use
- BI OP301 is recommended to be added at the end in the manufacturing cycle (i.e. after final adjustment). To avoid agglomeration, the product can be pre-diluted with soft or deionized water at a range of 1part opacifier to 3-4 parts water before use. The addition of opacifier to the base product needs to be made very slowly under good agitation.
- Typical Dosage 0.1-1.0%; Stability test is required before production. Based on different formulations, a suspending agent is recommended to use on certain conditions。
Packing & Storage
- This product is packed as 200 kg/drum; 1000kg/IBC;
- It is required to be stored in room temperature(5-35°C), well-sealed and avoid dampness and strong light. Freezing shall be avoided, as it will affect product performance.
