BI PCH is a liquid preservative composed of phenoxyethanol, chlorphenesin and 1,2-Hexanediol. Phenoxyethanol has good antiseptic effect on bacteria, but it has poor antiseptic effect on fungi. Chlorphenesin can effectively inhibit fungi. The combination of phenoxyethanol and chlorphenesin can achieve a broad-spectrum antibacterial effect. 1,2-Hexanediol can enhance the anti-bacterial effect and reduce the irritation of phenoxyethanol and chlorphenesin, and has the moisturizing effect.
