General Introduction
BI SCI80 is a very mild anionic surfactant made from natural fatty acid of coconut oil, with easy bio-degradation. It foams easily and resists to hard water and soap base, widely used in personal care products such as soap, shower gel, facial cleaner etc. It also has excellent stability in hot or cold water. It is also used as an emulsifier in facial cleaner for its super mildness, moisture balance and high fat content. It enables to form pearl appearance emulsion, abundant foaming, mild cleaning and brings silky smooth after- feeling. It has been widely used to make green concept in the formulas of synthetic detergents as a green and mild surfactant. More applications have been developed such as soaps, special shampoo, facial cleaning lotions etc.
