General Introduction
BI THK THS is a modified hydrogenated castor oil with excellent thickening ability. It shows good thickening ability in mineral oil, vegetable oil and silicone oil, as well as low-polarity solvents, which helps improve products stability. It also can be used as a binder in pressed powder formulations and a stiffening agent in sticks and ointments formulations. It is widely used in lipstick, eyeliner, liquid foundation, mascara, cream, lotion and sunscreen.
