General Introduction
BI UV- BEMT is an oil-soluble UVA and UVB absorber. It offers protection against UVA rays in the 290-350 nm range and a part UVB. It has high photostability and is not easily absorbed by the skin. It can effectively stabilize avobenzone unaffected by OMC and titanium dioxide. It is widely used in sunscreen, day care products and skin lightening products.
