General Introduction
BI UV-BP4 is an effective water-soluble ultraviolet absorbent which is widely used to protect products from ultraviolet radiation damage and used in sunscreen products to protect our skin from ultraviolet. It can enhance the absorption of other chemicals in sunscreen products, but itself will not be absorbed by the skin. It can stabilize the sunscreen gel when it is exposed to UV radiation. It also helps to stabilize UV sensitive formulations, such as hair dye, hair spray and facial conditioning emulsion. It is also widely used in nail polish, cream and lipstick.
