General Introduction
Bisil ES94 is a large molecular weight silicone cross-linking copolymer dispersing in volatile silicone oil. It provides soft, moist, silky smooth and dry refreshing feel, covers tiny wrinkles and makes wrinkle instantly visually disappear with its elasticity.
When used in make-up primer and foundation, it can greatly improve the spread-ability of make-up products and make it look more skin-fitting and natural. With sebum-controlling and matt property, it lowers the stickiness of the formulation and can improve softness and smoothness.
Application
It can be formulated into W/O and O/W emulsion and cream products, can also be used in water-free formulation. It is usually applied in following series:
- Skin Care Products
- Makeup, Sunscreen Products
- Antiperspirant and Deodorant

How to use
- Non-aqueous cosmetics:20-80%; Skin care lotion & cream:3-25%.
- This product can be dispersed into the oil phase by simple mixing; Can be added to oil phase or silicone phase in an emulsion formulation.
- It can be post-added to emulsions, providing the emulsion is viscous enough for the products to be dispersed.
- When heating is applied, the material should be processed in an enclosed vessel to prevent the cylcopentasiloxane from volatilizing. Recommended temp. is less than 60℃
Packing & Storage
- This product is packed as 20 kg/drum
- It is required to be stored in room temperature below 38℃, well-sealed and avoid dampness and strong light.
