Bisil ES943 is a mixture of a high molecular weight crosslinked silicone elastomer and 5 cst polydimethylsiloxane. It is a high content, high consistency, matte silicone elastomer. It can improve the velvety skin feel, oil absorption, and soft-focus and matte effect of the final product. It can be used as a thickener to improve the stability of the product. Its skin feels thicker and heavier. It can present a completely matte effect, with excellent pore coverage.
