Bisil ES960 is a matte silicone elastomer mixed with high molecular weight crosslinked silicone elastomer and 1.5 cst dimethicone. It provides velvety skin feel, oil absorption, soft-focus and matte effect of the final product. It can also be used as a thickener to improve the stability of the product. It can present a matte texture, relatively light, silky and smooth after application, with good film forming property.
