General Introduction
Emu 165 is a nonionic self-emulsifying glyceryl monostearate, used as a primary emulsifier for all types of O/W cream or lotion systems. It has excellent electrolyte tolerance so the emulsion formed with Emu 165 is stable in presence of high level of electrolyte. It is also able to be combined with other emulsifiers as co-emulsifier.
