General Introduction
Emu45 is a ready-to-use rheology modifier with soft texture. It can prepare gel or cream without neutralization or heat. It can emulsify all kinds of oil and disperse pigment and physical sunscreen. It is recommended to be used in cream, lotion, color cosmetics and sunscreen. It can be used over a wide range of pH(5-10)

How to Use
- General dosage at 1-3% solely; 0.1~2.0% with other emulsifier;
- Cold process: Blend Emu45 with oil phase. Add water phase into the oil phase, mix until uniform.
- Heat process: Heat oil phase and water phase separately to 80-85℃. Add oil phase into water phase while mixing. Then add Emu45 into the emulsion at 60 ℃. Homogenize moderately for 10-15 minutes.
- Stir or shake evenly before use if stratification happens

- This product is packed as 35.00kg/drum
- It is required to be stored in room temperature, well-sealed and avoid dampness and strong light.
