General Introduction
Emu C100 is a green o/w non-ionic emulsifier, made from condensation reaction of natural glucose and natural fatty alcohol. It forms stable and layered crystal structure system, with very silky and moisturizing skin feel. It emulsifies all kinds of oils like silicone oils and plant oils.

- Excellent emulsifying ability. Applicable to high-oil formulas, including silicones and plant oils.
- Wide range of applications. High tolerance of electrolytes; wide Ph range 3- 12; High powder content system.
- High-quality texture. Creates crystal white supple cream with lustrous and fine texture, good spreadability, and no white tracks.
- High safety. Plant-sourced, with no use of solvent or decolorant. 100% biodegradable, environmentally friendly.
- Excellent compatibility. Well compatible with anionic, cationic and nonionic surfactants.
- Outstanding stability. Stabilizer is not compulsory under absence of electrolyte from -20℃ to 50℃ .
- Forming bi-layer crystals, highly hydrated, providing lasting moisturization.
- Can form self-emulsifying system.
How to use
- Generally 2.5-5% is recommended when used as a single emulsifier, standard dosage 3%;
- With presence of silicone 10-20% or total oily phase 30-50%, 4-5% dosage is recommended;
- 1-2% can be ideal when combined with other emulsifier.
- Formula guidelines
- 1, Add Emu C100 to oil phase and heat, add oil phase into aqueous phase or add aqueous to oil phase, agitate 3-5 minutes to be homogeneous.
- 2, Add Emu C100 to aqueous phase. This method may decrease the system viscosity, but the crystals will be decreased as well.
Packing &Storage
- This product is packed as 20.00kg/drum;
- It is required to be stored in room temperature, well-sealed and avoid dampness and strong light.
