Emu WO acts as an W/O emulsifier used for preparing formulas containing silicone oils or polar oils. It shows remarkable spreadability by forming a thixotropic gel structure, imparting the cream with smooth texture and bright appearance. It can also enhance the dispersion of powder and pigment.

How to use
- Recommended typical usage levels of 3-5%
- Add this emulsifier in oil phase, mixing well in oil phase to obtain homogeneous phase
- At room temperature, add water phase into oil phase drop by drop while stirring with paddle agitation at 100rpm. If necessary, heat both phases to 70°C
- After finishing the water phase addition, increase the homogeneous rotation to 1400rpm or 3000rpm and carry on the emulsification process for 5-10 minutes to get desired viscosity
- Cool down to room temperature with mild stirring (100 rpm under paddle agitation) for 10 minutes
Packing & Storage
- This product is packed as 20kg/drum.
- It is required to be stored in room temperature, well-sealed and avoid dampness and strong light.
