Procedure
1. Mix part A evenly, and pre-grind them with a high-speed powder homogenizer for 5 to 8 minutes until the powder is fine and evenly dispersed.
2. Add part B into part A with stirring until uniform and homogenized for 3-5 min and then add part C into the vessel and heat to 70-75℃, homogenize for 2-3 min and keep the temperature for 15 mins.
3. Add part D into a vessel and heat to 70-75 ℃ with stirring until the solid dissolved, then add part D into oil phase with homogenizing. And the liquid level of the water phase must not be higher than that of the emulsion, and the operation should be completed within 15-20 minutes.
4. After the part D are completely added, continue stirring for emulsification for 10 minutes. First, perform low-speed homogenization for 2-3 minutes, then high-speed homogenization for 3-5 minutes. After that, stir to cool down to 38-40 ℃, add the part E, and mix and stir for 8-10 minutes.
5. Testing and packing.
