General Introduction
BI PGL is a non-ionic surfactant with good thickening effect on amino acid surfactant system and AES system. Meanwhile, it can improve the foam texture, making the foam creamy and dense. It also has excellent cleaning ability and make-up removal ability, making it suitable for oil-based make-up remover. As an ester, it can reduce the dryness of the end products and improve skin and hair moisturizing effect. It is widely used in BB cream, lipstick, make-up remover, facial cleanser, cream, lotion, shampoo and shower gel.
